I Would Love to be a Quilt Judge for Your Show
Bea Byrne is an Oakland CA based Artist specializing in quilting and textiles. Bea trained as a quilt judge at the start of 2025 but has been involved with quilt shows and quilting for decades. Growing up in the UK she regularly attended the Festival of Quilts, the premier British quilt show, before moving to Japan in 2014 and attending quilt shows in Tokyo and Yokohama. Since moving to California in 2015 she has been an active member of the San Francisco Quilt Guild, serving as President from 2016-18, co-chairing the Quilt Show Committee from 2021-23, and serving as the Workshop Chair since 2025. She continues to visit and exhibit work in Quilt Shows and online.
